The Diocesan Council of Western Kentucky is a 501C3 non-profit corporation comprised of four District Councils representing 20 parish based conferences and operating seven thrift stores serving a 32 county area.

We serve our neighbors in need by assisting with food, clothing, shelter, utility bills, transportation, medicine, rent and other immediate needs. Our goal is to remove barriers to self sufficiency.
St. Vincent de Paul provides essential items to homeless shelters, domestic violence programs, foster care, hospitals and underserved schools as well as to children who have lost everything in the wake of disaster.
